Warhammer
Warhammer was first created by Games Workshop in 1983 as Warhammer Fantasy Battle, a tabletop miniature wargame set in a dark fantasy world. The game has since evolved into multiple distinct universes, including Warhammer 40,000 (a sci-fi counterpart released in 1987) and Age of Sigmar (a successor to the original Warhammer Fantasy released in 2015). Warhammer 40,000 has become particularly iconic, with a rich lore spanning novels, video games, and a dedicated global fanbase. Each edition of Warhammer 40,000 introduces new rules, armies, and models, with the latest 10th edition released in 2023.
