Our Thoughts We met the people who run the Tenby Hellfire Club and were impressed with their game knowledge and overall friendliness. We spent some time watching them play the same one-shot scenario with several different groups and admired how immersive and fun they made each run. They were helpful to people who had never played before and would give out hints and tips as well as offer advice to the more battle-hardened D&D players. They were friendly people and very welcoming. They informed us that they do both in-person games and games online. We did not see their permanent set-up or what their campaigns would play like. They do not just play D&D but seem to play every game we spoke to them about and were pros at all those games as well. A brilliant group of people who know their stuff. TGMK looks forward to interacting with them in the future. A few words From Jordan Collar who runs the group the games are handled in a safe, responsible, with the player's mental health in mind. The house is built disability inclusive. The age range is 20-50 but we’re happy to go older or younger (18+) as there can be bad language, alcohol and gore. From a wide selection of paint and brushes to figures and accessories. if you want to get your hands on the items before purchase this is the store to go to in Haverfordwest. They also have a Facebook page just for their stock of Game workshop items and related events. click on the circle Facebook link to go to the 'Games Workshop At The Sheep Shop' Gallery Regular Events They do not hold any regular events as they are a retail outlet selling items to the gaming community. They have being known to hold a model painting competition to find out about these please look at there Game workshop website. Our Thoughts We originally got to know the owners through separate means as they do a lot with the local community. they are nice people and always pleasant and cheerful. The sheep shop is a treasure trove of gifts and items. they have a fantastic selection of everything ranging from locally sourced wines and cheese to footwear and clothing. The staff are helpful and friendly and the prices are reasonable. they are also one of the only retailers in the area that does uniforms and accessories for the different scout sections. The shop itself is split over 2 floors and has disabled access to the bottom floor, we are not sure about the second floor. The Warhammer/games workshop selection is probably the largest one in Pembrokeshire helped by a physical shop that you can visit. they have a wide selection of paints and accessories with a nice range of figures and models. They also work with local Warhammer clubs and hold painting competitions and giveaways on their games workshop dedicated Facebook page. We like this shop and the layout is easy to follow and find items. If you want something that they don't have in stock (a gift, scouts uniform or Warhammer item) they can try to get it ordered for you. LastUpdated 18 February 2025 at 03:14:23

The Cricket Club also offers food and beverage service, making our gaming events a complete and enjoyable experience. The first time you go is free but after that, there is a small service charge of a couple of quid we believe. Overall The Game Master's Keep thinks this is a great group to go and game with, I've always felt invited and they are welcome to help teach you games and have a laugh while doing so. the service charge to attend is good value and goes toward buying the group equipment and paying for the room. we would recommend. Either use their games available purchase one from their selection or bring your own, this cafe offers an area to have a game with friends while enjoying food drink and company. They also hold regular gaming events within the cafe, with a wide variety of games. A regular game that is noteworthy is Dungeons and Dragons which is DM'ed by an experienced DM who has been playing since the first edition. Set in Waterloo House, Pembroke. This is a grade II listed building with a lot of history, so why not ask about it while enjoying a drink and some food? Gallery Regular Events Open Our Thoughts We Enjoyed getting to know the owners of Waterloo House Gaming and Cafe. They have a lovely little shop and make a nice coffee. They have a private room where they do some of the events that is well equipped with Dungeons and Dragons terrane, miniatures and equipment. There are many free-to-use games in the main cafe and they also offer a selection of games, items and extras available for purchase. We did not have any food so are unable to comment on the quality. we also visited in the morning so are unable to comment on how busy it gets. They are still upgrading the building and shop with money being spent in the right places. They have some great plans for the future and we can't wait to see them take shape. The main cafe is a fantastic little area, however, out the back and towards the private room have not been completed yet so bear this in mind. I am not sure if the toilets are currently disabled accessible but that can be found out by contacting them directly. Overall The Game Master's Keep enjoyed the visit and would certainly join in some games here. The owners were inviting, helpful and full of knowledge. The cafe area seemed clean and well-maintained. The goal is to meet new folks in the area and try out different games. They're aiming for a game night every month, all for free! The "when" and "where" will depend upon my own availability and the availability of a location. It will most likely be a Saturday, the time can be discussed as a group. It was a amazing event and had people attend from all over. There was 2 days of official Warhammer40k tournaments, Painting competition and 3 crates of games that people were able to come and play. These games were hired from the UK's Gaming Expo and were an amazing edition to the event. Currently they are starting to hold monthly/weekly Hobby workshops that help improve peoples skill.
